The Pack can only provide a good program if we have active participation by our Scouts and the dedicated support of parents.

Remember: Pack 201 is a TEAM and EVERY MEMBER is important to us!

Scout's Obligations to the Pack:

  • DO MY BEST in everything I do.

  • Obey the rules and regulations set by the Den, Pack and BSA.

  • Obey the Pack Leader(s), Den Leader(s) and Assistant Den Leader(s) and follow their rules and regulations.

  • Work on my achievements and electives at home AND with my den so that I can advance in a timely manner.

  • Participate in Scout activities whenever possible.

  • Respect others, their rights and their property at all times.

  • Show respect for the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) and treat the United States Flag and the Pledge of Allegiance with equal respect.

  • Be on time for all meetings and functions. It is not fair for others to have to wait for me.

  • Keep my uniform clean and in good repair with all my patches and pins properly placed and wear it proudly and tucked in to all events unless told otherwise by my Pack or Den Leaders

Parent(s)’ Obligations to the Pack:

  • Work with your son on his achievements and electives. Scouting is a “Family” program and he cannot do it alone. If needed, ask a Den or Pack leader for assistance.

  • Accompany your son to his Den and Pack meetings and activities.

  • Read the Pack 201 Newsletter and/or e-mail messages to stay informed and contact the leader(s) when your son cannot attend a meeting/event.

  • Volunteer and become involved. Your son will be proud of you!

The Pack’s Obligations to You and Your Son:

  • Provide a solid Scouting program with trained leaders.

  • Recognize advancement in a timely manner.

  • Offer the opportunity to participate in various outings and activities.

  • Maintain a safe Scouting environment and meeting place(s).

  • Communicate news & current Scout events to you in a timely manner.
